Negociar y garantizar el cumplimiento de estas frente a los niveles de distribución, penetración, profundidad y participación de mercado en los puntos de venta asignados de acuerdo con la política comercial por medio de los distribuidores / cadenas establecidas en cada país Realizar seguimiento diario de manera presencial sobre los niveles de inventario de todo el portafolio/ rotación/evacuación y estrategias comerciales y de marketing (cluster). Debe transmitir esta información consolidada semanalmente a su jefe inmediato. Elaborar y mantener actualizados permanentemente la sabana de rotación e información de los puntos de ventas en el CRM que soportan la gestión del punto de venta Planear mensualmente de acuerdo con las necesidades de su rutero de visitas presenciales de acuerdo con la importancia del punto de venta Asegurar la cobertura y frecuencia presencial objetivo para cada punto de venta de acuerdo con los lineamientos dictados por la Dirección comercial. Registrar las visitas en la plataforma CRM en tiempo real Estar atento a puntos de ventas con potencial que no están siendo visitados para revisar con su jefe directo la pertinencia de su inclusión o viabilidad de visita por otro medio. Ejecución impecable del plan de trade marketing, mercadeo y comercial (planes promocionales) según las directrices dadas en las reuniones estratégicas (Respetando la segmentación y targeting). Presentar los mensajes promocionales a cada persona que trabaja en el punto de venta. Tenga presente que debe visitar presencialmente en los diferentes turnos. Realizar retroalimentación oportuna al jefe inmediato de la efectividad de los planes implementados. Entregar de manera oportuna los documentos soporte de los planes implementados. Realizar las transferencias o sugeridos de acuerdo con el análisis de las necesidades de penetración y profundidad consignado en la sabana y cuotas establecidas de cada uno de los puntos de venta y garantizar su efectividad. Establecer y comunicar periódicamente al jefe del precio del comercio e informe de competencia en diferentes puntos de ventas para conocer el comportamiento del mercado. Establecer excelentes relaciones comerciales con los dependientes, administradores / dueños, farmacéuticos de los puntos de venta a cargo. Asegurar de manera proactiva la rotación de los productos antes de su fecha de vencimiento; con el fin de reducir las devoluciones por este concepto. Garantiza el cumplimiento de las políticas comerciales. Por ej: Plan pareto Prioriza en la implementación de la disponibilidad de nuevos productos en el punto de venta Proponer actividades en punto de venta respetando los códigos de ética y cómplice. Garantizar el cumplimiento de las normas de ética e integridad del negocio, es responsable de levantar la mano cuando identifica alguna desviación.
