Responsibilities Display, merchandise, and maintain live plant products in large garden center environments. Train and support other associates on procedures, displays, and proper watering practices. Engage with customers and provide assistance as needed. Work across multiple store locations when required. Collaborate effectively with store personnel to ensure smooth operations. Maintain regular communication with the Team Lead and promptly report any special requests or needs. Essential Duties Reliable transportation with a clean driving record.
