This full-time position blends caregiving with hands-on teaching of motor skills, employment preparation, and daily living skills. You’ll also accompany clients on community outings to the movies, bowling, and more! No experience required. Essential Responsibilities and Duties include: Assist clients with activities of daily living including bathroom use and personal hygiene Support client employment and job coaching (+$1 per hour when job coaching) Provide safe, respectful, and compassionate care Document client progress accurately on a computer every day Follow safety and emergency protocols Use adaptive equipment and transport clients as needed (Company Vehicle provided) Plan and accompany clients on community outings and activities Administer client medications per the prescription Important Skills: Basic computer skills (Typing, email, printer/copier). Computer is used daily for client documentation.
