The Sr. Commercial Credit Underwriter evaluates financial condition of existing and prospective individuals and businesses applying for credit with the Bank, determining credit worthiness. Prepares and reviews all supporting documentation for underwriting and recommends approval or rejection of credit requests. Additionally, the Sr. Commercial Credit Underwriter provides guidance to other Credit Underwriters within the department. Performs quarterly financial reviews identifying possible negative trends. Assigns risk ratings to each borrower of the bank. Provides technical support to loan officers and other credit underwriters. Performs all duties in accordance with prescribed regulatory compliance guidelines. Assumes additional responsibilities as requested. The pay range for this position is $80,000 to $110,000 per year and is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future.
