This role includes coordinating cross-department communication, assisting with special projects, and attending meetings as needed. Act as the primary source of direct support to the VP of Client Success and the CS Department as a whole. Offer additional support to the leadership team of the CS department as instructed. Create, organize, and maintain records, reports, and other critical documents to ensure easy accessibility. Assist with drafting, revising, and maintaining departmental policies and procedures. Generate, format, and analyze reports to support departmental initiatives and performance tracking. Support the Department Head with special projects, including planning, research, and implementation tasks. Act as the main point of contact between the Customer Service department and other teams, facilitating clear and efficient communication. Attend meetings with and on behalf of the Department Head when required, taking notes and ensuring follow-up on action items. Monitor deadlines and ensure that assigned tasks and projects are completed efficiently. Provide support on ad hoc assignments and adapt to the evolving needs of the department. Follow all policies and procedures for the department and Company, including personnel policies and expectations as outlined in the Employee Handbook. WHAT YOU'LL NEED: High school diploma or equivalent. 6+ months of experience within the Company ideal. 2+ years in an administrative or assistant role, preferably within a customer service or corporate environment.
