Analista de Originación en Crédito Hipotecario Acerca de: Evaluar y originar créditos de manera responsable, garantizando el cumplimiento de políticas y normas internas. Su función principal es analizar la capacidad, solvencia y comportamiento crediticio de los clientes para minimizar riesgos, prevenir fraudes y asegurar que los créditos otorgados sean seguros, rentables y sostenibles, preservando la calidad del portafolio. Responsabilidades: Evaluar integralmente la documentación de cada expediente crediticio, verificando su autenticidad, vigencia y consistencia, a fin de asegurar que el análisis se realice con información válida y conforme a políticas institucionales. Realizar análisis financiero y de riesgo crediticio mediante la interpretación de estados financieros, reportes de crédito y datos declarativos, garantizando decisiones fundamentadas y acordes a la normativa interna. Determinar la capacidad de pago y el nivel de endeudamiento del solicitante (PTI/DTI) utilizando herramientas y metodologías definidas, para garantizar la sostenibilidad financiera del crédito aprobado. Emitir dictámenes técnicos y recomendaciones de aprobación o rechazo, sustentados en evidencia documental y análisis cuantitativo, para su validación por los niveles jerárquicos correspondientes. Detectar irregularidades, inconsistencias o posibles fraudes en la información o documentos proporcionados, notificando oportunamente al gerente o áreas de control para su atención inmediata. Registrar con precisión los resultados de análisis en los sistemas de originación, asegurando trazabilidad, transparencia y cumplimiento de los tiempos establecidos en los SLA. Colaborar con otras áreas del proceso crediticio (mesa de control, riesgo, jurídico o comercial) para resolver incidencias y asegurar la continuidad del flujo operativo. Monitorear y reportar métricas de productividad y calidad, contribuyendo al seguimiento de indicadores operativos y a la mejora continua del proceso. Requisitos: Experiencia de 1 a 2 años como Analista de Crédito Hipotecario en área de riesgos en entidad financiera o Sofom. Excel avanzado. Manejo en análisis de datos y análisis financiero. Educación: Lic. En Economía, Contabilidad, Administración, Actuaria, Ingenieria Industrial o afín.
