Shift Mon & Fri 8:30 am -4:30 pm; Tues 9:00 am -5:00 pm Weds 9:00 am -6:00 pm; Thurs 9:00 am -5:30 pm The Medical Assistant will work closely with one of our healthcare providers in a multi-specialty setting. Full Time candidates with proven EHR experience will have hands-on responsibilities with patients in a healthcare setting that offers enrichment and an opportunity for growth. The Medical Assistant will be responsible for providing a positive, supportive, nurturing, yet professional experience whether triaging calls, rooming patients and assisting during an office visit, or providing follow-up to patients and/or families. The Medical Assistant will perform a variety of services up to and including: Assistance during routine exams Recording a patient history and logging vital signs. Obtaining and tracking authorizations and test results Entering lab / diagnostic test orders Scheduling appointments, procedures, or imaging Providing Patient Service Representative coverage when needed.
