We’re looking for a Team Lead to join our Research and Protection Platform team. If you’re passionate about leading highly skilled engineers, shaping scalable security platforms, and driving Agile development in a collaborative environment, we’d love to have you on board.

About the role
As a Team Lead, you’ll take on a leadership role that combines technical oversight with team development. You’ll be responsible for guiding the team in building and maintaining a scalable, resilient security platform while ensuring smooth Agile processes and cross-functional collaboration.
Reporting to the VP, Research, you’ll play a key role in aligning the team’s strategy with business needs, fostering a high-performance culture, and enabling professional growth within the team.

Team leadership and mentorship: Oversee and mentor a team of engineers, ensuring a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
Agile process management: Lead the team’s Agile development process, ensuring structured workflows and predictable pipelines.
Technical strategy and platform development: Drive architectural improvements and system resilience, ensuring the platform’s scalability, efficiency, and security.
Operational excellence: Manage services and related risks, support the team in delivering high-tier SLAs, overseeing debugging processes, and ensuring system stability.
Vulnerability and risk management: Oversee the team’s vulnerability triaging and resolution processes, ensuring security remains a top priority.
Collaboration across teams: Work closely with architects, security researchers, and product managers to align the platform with company objectives and operational needs.
