About the role
Balfour Beatty has an exciting opportunity for a Project Manager to join our growing team.

What you’ll be doing

• Lead the planning and implementation of IT projects, ensuring they aredelivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
• Develop and maintain project plans, including resource allocation, timeline,and budget management.
• Manage and mitigate project risks, ensuring timely identification andresolution of issues.
• Communicate effectively with project stakeholders at all levels to ensureclarity and alignment on project objectives and progress.
• Foster a collaborative work environment among project team members andstakeholders.
• Make informed decisions that influence project outcomes, operating with ahigh degree of autonomy.
• Handle complex challenges related to project scope and resources,requiring advanced problem-solving and adaptability skills.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and legalregulations.
• Champion the adoption of new technologies and processes within theorganisation.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to less experienced staff, enhancing teamcapabilities and performance

Who we’re looking for
Strong Project Management experience within IT projects

- Leadership skills are crucial, with the ability to manage and inspire a project team.
- Strong stakeholder management skills to effectively liaise with both internaland external parties.
- No specific client or sector-based additional requirements specified, but a broad understanding of IT applications in construction or related industries
