JOB DESCRIPTION:

The Clinical Resource Team (CRT) is a vital component of ensuring uninterrupted patient care delivery by providing coverage for absence and surge spaces across multiple units and sites. This position requires an individual who is highly skilled, agile and adaptable with excellent time management and interprofessional skills. Within the CRT Operations and Practice are supported by a Manager, CRT and Allied Health, and the Professional Practice Leader for Physiotherapy. QUALIFICATIONS:

• Candidate must be a graduate of an accredited School of Physiotherapy
• Registration with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario for Independent Practice, in good standing
• C.P.A. member preferred
• Experience treating acute care adult populations (Medical, Surgical, Oncology, Palliative and Geriatrics)
• Superior interpersonal and communication skills.
• Demonstrated effectiveness working independently as well as liaising with the interprofessional teamSatisfactory performance and attendance required

• Assessment of patients with physical dysfunction of the cardio-pulmonary, musculo-skeletal and neurological systems
• Planning and implementation of treatment plans to improve movement/function, alleviate pain, and optimize respiratory function
