We are seeking a Business Development Coordinator to join our dynamic team to maintain and develop the customer experience and business relationship. This is a high-impact customer support role that requires an understanding of the challenges and needs of our clients looking for custom, scalable brand experience.

• Responsible to maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude towards the customers by building rapport and establishing strong relationships.
• Responsible with responding promptly to all customer inquiries.
• Integrity: Serve as the initial point of contact for customer inquiries and issues, responding professionally and with understanding.
• Responsible with Identifying and resolving customer concerns, by ensuring their satisfaction to exceed expectations.
• Assist customers with order processing, shipment tracking, and new opportunities.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure positive customer experience and resolve any issues.
• Provide basic technical support, troubleshoot issues, and escalate complex problems as needed.
