The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Manager Technology to lead the delivery and operational management of our technology environment across corporate and site-based operations.

Reporting to the General Manager Technology, you will be responsible for ensuring our Information Technology (IT) and Operational Technology (OT) systems are reliable, secure, scalable and aligned with business needs. This role provides leadership across service delivery, infrastructure, networks, communications, cyber security, technology projects and continuous improvement initiatives.

Working closely with operational leaders, vendors and internal stakeholders, you will drive technology performance, manage risk, and ensure technology services enable safe, efficient and productive business operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage IT and OT service delivery across corporate and operational environments.
• Develop and manage infrastructure, networks, enterprise systems, communications and operational technologies.
• Develop and manage technology projects, system upgrades and business improvement initiatives.
• Oversee cyber security, business continuity and disaster recovery practices.
• Manage incident, problem and change management processes.
• Develop strong relationships with business stakeholders, vendors and service providers.
• Develop, manage, mentor and develop a high-performing technology team.
• Support technology planning, budgeting and lifecycle management.

About You

You will be a collaborative and results-driven technology leader with experience managing complex technology environments and delivering operational excellence.

• Demonstrated leadership experience across IT operations, infrastructure and/or operational technology environments.
• Strong understanding of service management, networks, cloud technologies, cyber security and technology governance.
• Proven experience delivering technology projects and driving continuous improvement.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and vendor management capability.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Experience within mining, resources, industrial or multi-site operations will be highly regarded.
• Relevant tertiary qualifications and/or industry certifications are extremely desirable.
