Job Knowledge and Requirements
Acts as a resource for student support within their appropriate program including program planning, course selection, degree requirements, eligibility to graduate, academic appeals, and academic consideration.

Provides guidance and refers students to appropriate agencies for support.

Prepares and distributes external communications including newsletters, website updates and monitoring and/or engaging on social media accounts.

Attends recruitment events.

Assists with the annual registration process.

Responds to transfer student inquiries.

- Other duties as required in support of the department and/or unit.
