About the Role An exciting opportunity has arisen for a P&C Administrator to join our Brisbane office. This will be a generalist role with the ability to get involved in a broad range of P&C areas such as: managing onboarding of staff - induction schedules, business card orders, new starter set up; maintaining HR system information to ensure accuracy; scheduling learning events and reconciling attendee lists to record these accurately; assisting with recruitment shortlisting and reference checks; coordinating HR related events and initiatives; providing support with the performance and salary review process for the firm; providing general assistance to the team – diary reminders, meeting bookings, internal staff communications, electronic filing, research and contribution to projects; and answering HR queries from staff. The successful candidate will receive full training in the role, as well as mentoring from all members of the P&C team, in order to ensure their growth and development as a HR practitioner.
