We’re seeking an exceptional Strategic Change Director to lead the change, communications and cultural agenda across a major regulatory transformation program.

This is a critical and highly visible leadership role, with significant exposure to senior executives and key decision-makers across the organisation.

You’ll have a genuine opportunity to shape the direction of the program, influence enterprise-wide outcomes and make a lasting mark on the organisation.

The Role:

• Lead the program's change and communications strategy.
• Embed cultural, behavioural and business change.
• Lead remediation, readiness and change impact activities.
• Translate complex objectives into clear, compelling messaging.
• Establish change governance, frameworks and success measures.
• Identify and mitigate change risks and barriers.

About You:

• 15+ years’ leading complex transformational change.
• Strong background in cultural and behavioural change
• Experience operating in complex, high-profile environments.
• Strong OCM methodology and change leadership experience.
• Exceptional communication skills.
• Strategic thinker who is equally comfortable being hands on
• Regulatory experience with ASIC, APRA, RBA is critical
