This hybrid Human Resource role focuses on providing quality support to the Partale & Partale Talent team. You will be instrumental in delivering quality client outcomes through HR Documentation, recruitment, talent sourcing and management, and onboarding processes. Responsibilities Employee Relations and Documents Draft employment contracts, letters and key documentation such as probation letters, remuneration letters, confirmation of employment letters and other ad hoc confirmations (parental leave, flexible work arrangements etc.). Learn about key legislation, employment law, modern award coverage and legal requirements, and support with drafting of related documents for clients (i.e policies) Recruitment & Talent Management Screen applicants, conduct phone screens and find out core candidate information and role alignment, such as motivations, key role requirements and salary expectations Draft relevant documentation throughout the process, including job briefs, job descriptions, job ads and salary market research and mapping. Manage job boards and pipelines on candidate tracking system (pipeline management, screening notes, email templates) Manage expectations and timelines for both the client and candidates, providing timely and accurate email/phone updates and conducting follow ups with candidates Conduct reference checks, initiate and verify background check processes and manage clients probationary track Performance Management Track and set reminders for performance review cycles. Prepare review paperwork and collate returned/completed development plans, reviews and KPI's. Employee Engagement Create and distribute SurveyMonkey engagement surveys. Track, analyse and review the data from surveys. Assist in creating PowerPoint presentations to present results back to clients. Collaborate with clients, the Senior Consultant and Lead Advisors on any project work that is in progress.
