The primary goal of this role is to help optimize the HR function, ensure regulatory compliance, and enhance the employee experience while attending to all hiring and onboarding together with our global HR team. The successful candidate will act as a trusted advisor and partner to local business leaders, providing advice, guidance, and support on all HR matters in execution of the company’s strategy. What You’ll Do: Align and deliver on HR services based on business and employee requirements. Participate in global HR projects, bringing local knowledge and expertise to enhance accuracy of implementation. Provide guidance and support for employee relations issues, including performance management, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions. Assist the payroll team where needed to ensure smooth delivery of payroll in Australia. Manage recruiting function for Australia. High attention to detail and accuracy, with a proactive and continuous improvement mindset. Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
