Description du poste Le ou la Spécialiste en gestion de l’invalidité est responsable de la gestion des réclamations d’invalidité des employés liées à des maladies ou blessures non professionnelles. Cela comprend l’administration des programmes d’invalidité de courte et de longue durée, le soutien à l’intervention précoce et à la planification du retour au travail, ainsi que le respect des lois sur la confidentialité, les droits de la personne et l’accessibilité. Ce rôle soutient à la fois le bien-être des employés et la continuité des activités grâce à une coordination et une communication efficaces des dossiers. Principales responsabilités Coordonner et gérer les dossiers d’invalidité non professionnelle depuis la réclamation initiale jusqu’à leur résolution. Assurer la liaison avec les employés, les fournisseurs de soins de santé, les assureurs (p. ex., fournisseurs d’ICD/ILD) et les parties prenantes internes afin de soutenir des décisions et interventions rapides. S’assurer que toute la documentation est exacte, complète et conservée de manière confidentielle. En collaboration avec le Directeur RH des services partagés, agir comme représentant d’AIM pour la gouvernance des invalidités auprès des assureurs et l’examen de la performance des ententes de service (SLA). Élaborer et superviser des plans de retour au travail individualisés, appuyés par des données médicales, pour les employés revenant de congés non professionnels. Identifier des accommodements raisonnables en collaboration avec les gestionnaires et les professionnels de la santé, conformément à l’obligation d’accommodement prévue par la loi. Suivre les progrès et ajuster les plans de retour au travail au besoin, selon les mises à jour médicales et les besoins opérationnels. Veiller à ce que tous les processus soient conformes aux lois fédérales et provinciales en matière de droits de la personne, de confidentialité et d’accessibilité. Se tenir à jour sur l’évolution de la législation en matière d’invalidité et d’accommodement, ainsi que sur les politiques d’avantages sociaux collectifs. Contribuer au développement des politiques internes et à l’amélioration continue du programme de gestion de l’invalidité. Concevoir et mettre en œuvre des formations pour la communauté RH et la direction sur les meilleures pratiques et les processus de gestion de l’invalidité. Servir de ressource pour les RH, les gestionnaires et les employés en fournissant des conseils sur les procédures de congé d’invalidité et les stratégies d’accommodement. Favoriser une communication claire et bienveillante entre toutes les parties concernées. Promouvoir des stratégies d’intervention précoce et des initiatives de bien-être des employés.
