Vos responsabilités Agir à titre de conseiller auprès des gestionnaires de succursales (discipline, résolution de problèmes, interprétation des conventions collectives, interprétation des lois); Accompagner et développer les compétences des gestionnaires à gérer et mobiliser leurs équipes; Assister la direction lors de la négociation des conventions collectives; Développer une relation de confiance avec l’ensemble des groupes d’employés en collaborant avec les gestionnaires; Développer et mettre en place différents projets dans un esprit d’amélioration continue.
