Citi is looking for Summer Analysts to join the Human Resources team in Tampa. Citi’s Human Resources function plays a key role in servicing one of the most important client groups for Citi: its employees. Touching every part of every employee’s day-to-day life, our Human Resources team works in close partnership with Citi Business leaders to attract, develop, engage, and retain the talented individuals who work here.

The HR Summer Analyst Program is a 10-week internship opportunity in the HR function. The Program will provide Summer Analysts with on-the-job-training in one of Citi’s Business Groups (Banking, Markets, Services, Wealth, and Functions) and one of the following HR functions:

  • Learning and Culture
  • Total Rewards
  • Talent Management and Engagement
  • Workforce Intelligence and Talent Acquisition
  • HR Partnership and Delivery
  • HR CAO (Chief Administrative Officer)
  • Employee Relations and HR Policy
