Job description: We are looking for a talented HR professional to join our London team. This is a fast-paced role and the successful individual will play a key part in delivering first-class HR generalist support across the business. Responsibilities: Support the day-to-day running of HR operations, ensuring processes run smoothly. Prepare employment documentation, including contracts and offer letters, for new hires. Act as the first point of contact for HR queries, providing guidance or escalating matters as appropriate in a timely manner. Coordinate payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and timely submission. Assist with benefits administration and support the annual benefits renewal process. Maintain and update the HRIS, ensuring employee records are accurate and up to date. Assist in managing the offboarding, promotions and transfer processes, ensuring a seamless experience for employees. Manage the visa application process. Assist in coordinating candidate interviews. Support HR management with the annual performance review process. Work in conjunction with the wider HR team on ad-hoc projects and initiatives. Required qualities and skills: 2-5 years’ experience in an HR focused role, ideally in a similar environment. Meticulous attention to detail.
