All reports are reviewed daily in detail and any issues are immediately brought to the attention of the Store Manager and Loss Prevention. FEM is also accountable for ensuring all company policies and procedures are followed, understood and executed by all team members, improving the front end efficiencies by hiring High Energy team members with the right skill set and attitude, handling all customer issues to ensure our customers have the best shopping experience.
