Commonwealth Cash Management / CommpayHR is seeking an experienced and client-focused External People Ops – HR Generalist to deliver fractional Human Resources services to our client organizations. This role acts as a trusted HR business partner, supporting client leadership teams with hands-on HR guidance, compliance support, and people-centered solutions. The External People Ops – HR Generalist plays a critical role in advancing our "Be the Employest" initiative - helping client organizations become employers of choice while strengthening compliance, process consistency, and employee experience. This is an ideal opportunity for an HR professional who enjoys variety, client engagement, consulting-style work, and leveraging HR technology to drive meaningful outcomes.
