Vous interviendrez sur un périmètre multi-sociétés, dans un environnement dynamique du secteur du conseil en ingénierie/IT, en lien étroit avec les équipes RH, Finance et nos partenaires externes. Vos missions : Rattaché(e) à la Responsable Paie et à la Responsable de l’administration du personnel vous prenez en charge les missions suivantes sur un périmètre de 350 collaborateurs : Gestion administrative du périmètre : Constituer les dossiers du personnel et effectuer les déclarations obligatoires à l’embauche Suivre et traiter les absences (congés, évènements familiaux…) et les arrêts maladie Piloter les périodes d’essai (suivi, renouvellement, fin) Formaliser les évolutions contractuelles des collaborateurs Accompagner les salariés étrangers dans leurs démarches administratives (changement de statut, autorisation de travail …) Assurer le respect de nos obligations en matière de santé au travail (visites médicales, accident de travail…) Gérer les départs (démission, rupture conventionnelle, licenciement…) Garantir l’application du Code du travail, de la convention collective et des procédures internes 2. Gestion de la paie : Préparer, contrôler et valider les éléments variables de paie ; Assurer la collecte, la saisie et la vérification des données dans le logiciel de paie (SILAE) ; Contrôler les bulletins et s’assurer de leur conformité ; Préparer et contrôler les soldes de tout compte et suivre les fins de contrat ; Gérer les acomptes, absences, congés, arrêts maladie ainsi que leurs subrogations et les titres restaurants. 3. Déclarations sociales : Réaliser les DSN mensuelles et évènements (arrêts, fins de contrat…) ; Contrôler l’ensemble des cotisations (URSSAF, Retraite, Directions des finances) 4. Relations internes & externes : Être l’interlocuteur(trice) privilégié(e) des collaborateurs et des managers pour les questions relatives à la paie et l’administration du personnel ; Gérer la relation avec les prestataires externes (Intégrateur du logiciel de paie, organismes sociaux, cabinet comptable, mutuelle, centres de santé au travail …) ; Travailler en coordination avec les équipes RH et paie pour garantir la fiabilité des données. Qualifications Formation : Bac+5 ressources humaines. Expérience : Minimum 3 à 5 ans d’expérience sur un poste similaire, Idéalement dans un environnement multi-sociétés. Compétences techniques : Excellente maîtrise du traitement de la paie dans sa globalité ; Connaissance de la législation sociale et des obligations déclaratives ; Connaissance du logiciel de paie SILAE exigée ; Aisance sur Excel et maitrise des autres outils du Pack Office.
