Description du poste Notre base logistique de Donzère est à la recherche de son employé RH en CDI. Rattaché à la responsable RH et avec le concours des 2 assistants RH, vous participez à l'ensemble des tâches et projets du service. Vos principales activités : Administration du personnel : - Vous aidez à l'élaboration de l’ensemble des documents liés à l’embauche du personnel - Vous participez à la constitution des dossiers du personnel et les mettez à jour régulièrement - Vous assurez le suivi des visites médicales, procédez aux déclarations d’accidents du travail/de trajet - Vous établissez les attestations diverses nécessaires au personnel. Gestion des temps : - Vous mettez à jour les dossiers du personnel dans l'outil de badgeage (création, affectation horaires, modification, sorties, congés/repos divers/absences, etc.). - Vous assurez la bonne levée des anomalies quotidiennes par les gestionnaires de services et vérifiez la conformité des résultats obtenus dans les compteurs (heures, congés, absences, etc.). - Vous signalez tous dysfonctionnements via les outils en place. Formation: Vous assistez le chargé(e) emploi formation : - Vous saisissez, sous la supervision du Responsable RH, le plan de développement des compétences et le réalisé de l’établissement dans l’outil de gestion de la formation. - Vous participez à l’organisation matérielle/logistique et au suivi administratif/comptable de celui-ci (inscription, convocation, demande de prise en charge, demande d’achat, etc.). Gestion de l’intérim : Vous assistez le chargé(e) emploi formation : - Vous assurez l'interface avec les agences d’intérim et la bonne coordination interne avec les responsables de service. - Vous assurez la transmission des heures, le suivi de la facturation et le reporting en lien avec les différents ETT. - Vous assurez, sous la supervision du Responsable RH, la bonne complétude des outils de gestion de l’intérim.
