A ce titre vos missions seront diverses : Description du poste Développement RH : Suivi du plan de formation 2025-2026 et construction du plan de formation 2026-2027 (Choix des prestataires, organisation des sessions, inscriptions, convocation, suivi des habilitations et formations obligatoires, budget…), suivi des parcours et gestion administrative associée. Suivi des bilans professionnels à 6 ans / entretiens annuels. Participer aux recrutements et aux intégrations : Rédaction des offres, sourcing et diffusion, organisation de la sélection. Organiser l’onboarding des nouveaux collaborateurs. Mettre à jour les modèles RH, documents, outils de communications, organigrammes. Administration du personnel : Participer à la gestion administrative du personnel : mise à jour des dossiers à l’entrée mutuelle/prévoyance, gestion des visites médicales, suivi des collaborateurs sur la plateforme Kelio… Gestion de l’intérim : déclarations, suivi des contrats et des heures, lien avec les agences.
