As the People and Culture Manager, North America you will serve as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to the business and HR leadership across the US and Canada. Partner with internal communications to deliver clear, impactful messaging on key HR initiatives and employee programs What You’ll Bring Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, or related field (or equivalent combination of education, training and experience). SHRM or PHR certification preferred. 7+ years of progressive HR leadership experience with expertise in compensation cycles, benefits oversight (strategy and administration), employee relations, and performance management. 5+ years leading teams and managing complex HR projects with measurable business impact. Proven ability to operate as a strategic partner, influencing senior leaders and shaping organizational outcomes. Strong analytical and project management skills with proficiency in Excel. Deep knowledge of HR policies, employment law (US and Canada), benefits administration, payroll and HRIS systems. Experience navigating global organizations and partnering within a Center of Excellence model. Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills across all levels of the organization.
