To assist Human Resources in ensuring smooth arrival and departure/repatriation of all associates. To coordinate with all local government agencies such as the General Directorate for Naturalization & Residence, Ministry of Interior & Labour, etc. To maintain and cultivate goodwill and good relationship with Government agencies. To continuously maintain good knowledge of UAE Labor Laws and Government Department procedures. To assist the Hotel with documents requiring Arabic translation. To provide overall assistance in the Human Resources as required. To support and be a part of all activities relating to employee relations.
