Employee Lifecycle & HR Operations Manage end-to-end HR administration, including onboarding, personnel files, and HRIS data integrity. Draft offer letters, prepare employment documents, and process employee status changes. Oversee benefits administration from start to finish, including open enrollment, troubleshooting issues, and partnering with vendors to ensure streamlined processes and effective resolution. Maintain accurate and confidential employee records, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. Recruitment, Internships & Rentention Coordinate full-cycle recruitment, including posting jobs, screening applications, and scheduling interviews. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process. Partner with managers to identify staffing needs and support workforce planning. Coordinate and manage internship requests and placements, serving as a liaison between interns, supervisors, and academic partners. Employee Relations & Development Serve as a trusted resource for employees and managers on HR policies, procedures, and employee relations. Support performance management processes, investigations, and conflict resolution. Coordinate training and professional development programs to enhance staff skills and growth.
