REQUIREMENTS

• 2+ years of HR experience (new grads welcome to apply!)
• Experience with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• HR diploma
• HR professional designation (or in process)
• Reliable transportation (public transport is not available)

WORK HOURS:

• Monday to Friday, with a mix of day and a portion of the afternoon shift (7am-3pm or 3:30pm-1:30am)
  Location: Watford, ON
  Transportation: Must have reliable transportation to our location.

As part of our HR team, you will play an essential role in shaping our workplace culture and supporting key HR functions:

• Recruitment: Manage the hiring process, from posting jobs to onboarding new team members.
• Employee Engagement: Foster a positive and productive work environment for all employees.
• Health & Safety: Ensure safety protocols are followed and assist with workplace injury claims.
• Training & Compliance: Track employee certifications and keep up with changing labour laws to ensure compliance.
• Employee Support: Be the main point of contact for HR-related questions, including benefits and workplace policies.
• Employee Events: Organize team-building activities and employee appreciation events.
