As Partner Manager, you will engage and form meaningful relationships with Push's technology and affiliate partners. You will be responsible for guiding Partners through our onboarding and go-live processes, providing ongoing support once live, and working to ensure long-term mutual success. The role requires strong collaboration skills both externally with partners and internally across Push's cross-functional teams. You will own a diverse portfolio of partners spanning POS systems, accounting platforms, job boards, loyalty programs, benefits providers, and more. You'll drive pipeline through partnerships, activate co-selling and co-marketing motions, deepen integration value, and build the long-term strategy. Working cross-functionally is a core part of this role. You'll act as the internal voice of the partner for connecting the dots between Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success, and advocate for partner success at every stage of the relationship.
