We are currently seeking a Project Manager who will report to Director, Program Management and contribute to the planning and execution of a specific portfolio of Managed Projects (complex/high risk valve orders).

• Leads the planning & oversee the execution of valve project through assigned cross-functional team
• Establish a Project Charter for each approved project, defining the projects goals, objectives, risks, assumptions, staffing
• Ensures the integrated project plan is well aligned and sound; addresses project plan disconnects
• Prepare first kickoff meeting and build cross-functional project team
• Gets involved upfront in process of order commitment-making
• Manage customer relationships and address escalated items related to the customer such as requirements clarity, deliverable and inspections attendance
• Manage project activities throughout lifecycle, including the allocation of adequate resources, scheduling, documentation, budget, and other factors necessary for success
• Conduct stakeholder meeting to solicit feedback, input, and expectations; incorporate these into projects plans
