Further acting as a member of the Flourish leadership team, helping guide the organization in operationalizing the goals set by the Board. Being a direct supervisor, you will support, coach, and mentor the Project Managers (PMs). Playing a leading role in the continuous development of all Project Managers, overseeing all projects assigned to them. Being the first line of consultation for PMs, providing regular guidance, problem solving, steering, and correction when necessary. Strong knowledge of construction contracts and delivery methods (e.g., CCDC, OAA contracts) Experience with tendering processes, contract negotiation, and consultant/contractor management Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, schedules, risk assessments, and quality control. Proficient construction document management Familiarity with planning approvals, permitting, and building code requirements.
