Description Position Overview: As the Maintenance Manager, you will lead and oversee the plant maintenance team, ensuring the safe, timely, and efficient operation of all plant machinery and equipment. This hands-on role requires effective supervision of a dedicated team while working collaboratively with operations to minimize disruptions and maintain high productivity. Requirements Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Strategic Maintenance Planning: Contribute to strategic plans by providing maintenance insights; ensure adherence to production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; resolve maintenance-related issues. Financial Management: Develop and manage the maintenance budget; monitor expenditures; identify and address variances. System Evaluation and Reliability: Assess the functionality and reliability of facility systems; collaborate with operating departments to identify and address issues. Preventive Maintenance: Implement and manage a preventive maintenance program; oversee system and equipment testing; repair or replace faulty components. Continuous Improvement: Analyze performance results; recommend and implement improvements to enhance system reliability and efficiency.
