À ce poste, vous collaborerez avec l’équipe et le gérant, à qui vous rendrez compte, afin d’assurer une gestion efficace des activités de restauration étudiante et superviserez l’unité. Vous devrez aussi prendre des décision et positions en ce qui concerne le côté nutrition du secteur scolaire et être la personne référence pour l’adoption de nouvelles recettes.

Dans le cadre de vos fonctions, vous devrez :

  • Aider le gérant à superviser les activités de restauration étudiante;
  • Établir et surveiller un horaire de pause et de pause-repas pour le personnel afin de ne pas perturber le service à la clientèle;
  • Former, perfectionner et diriger une équipe d’associés capables d’offrir un excellent service à la clientèle;
  • Surveiller et organiser les commandes traiteur ainsi que la facturation hebdomadaire;
  • Effectuer des tâches administratives, notamment la gestion d’Orbit, l’inventaire, les opérations bancaires, les commandes et l’administration du programme Ma Star;
  • Garantir le renforcement de liens avec les clients et les consommateurs;
  • Veiller au respect scrupuleux des programmes d’assurance qualité et de santé et de sécurité.
  • Évaluation des repas en matière de valeurs nutritives et selon la politique alimentaire scolaire.
  • Prendre des décision et positions en ce qui concerne le côté nutrition du secteur scolaire et être la personne référence pour l’adoption de nouvelles recettes.
