Guarantee accurate and timely record-keeping in systems like WRMS/SAP/TrackSys and assist in the training of new washcoat staff to build expertise and customer satisfaction. Cross-Functional Support and Improvement Initiatives: Provide support in other sections, engaging with cross-functional teams like Procurement and Supply Chain to meet production requirements. Lead or engage in continuous improvement projects in coordination with the JM Product System team. Versatility and Adaptability in Duties: Embrace a wide range of responsibilities and adapt to various departmental needs as required. Demonstrate a capacity to lead with vision and clarity, focusing on results and trust-building. Show resilience and optimism, driving positive behaviours across leadership and management levels, and take on additional roles to support organizational objectives.
