Ton emploi :

  • Examiner, valider et approuver les conditions des dossiers, notamment les divers types de revenu, la mise de fonds, les recherches de titres, les agences d’évaluation du crédit, les documents d’achat, Documentation de l’entreprise, documents relatifs aux condominiums
  • Être responsable de la détection des fraudes et assurer une inspection et un audit satisfaisants.
  • Examiner et approuver les conditions de l’avocat ou du notaire.
  • Assurer le respect des protocoles, des procédures, des exigences réglementaires et de la LBA de la Banque
  • Travailler dans un environnement dynamique et dynamique avec des échéances serrées, en offrant des niveaux de service influencés par les volumes entrants et la capacité de l’équipe et en harmonie avec eux
  • Faire avancer le pipeline de demandes par un suivi constant de tous les dossiers « approuvés » par l’analyse hebdomadaire du rapport de financement prévu.
  • Maintenir un délai d’exécution de 24 heures pour les « points de contact » de communication.
  • Développer des gains d’efficacité et remettre en question le statu quo en offrant des solutions de documents alternatifs conformes au protocole et en collaboration avec le client ou la source de référence
  • Soutenir les preneurs fermes et les gestionnaires de développement des affaires dans la conclusion de transactions.

Prérequis :

  • Diplôme en administration des affaires ou expérience de travail comparable.
  • Au moins 3 ans d’expérience en examen de la documentation hypothécaire. Compréhension des pratiques de crédit – A, un atout.
  • Faire preuve d’une compréhension des lignes directrices en matière de prêts hypothécaires, de la conformité, de la réglementation et des exigences en matière de lutte contre le blanchiment d’argent en matière de détection des fraudes.
  • Expérience démontrée dans l’examen des conditions des dossiers hypothécaires (revenu, mise de fonds, recherches de titres, agences d’évaluation du crédit, documents d’achat, documents relatifs aux sociétés et aux condominiums).
  • Connaissance du cycle de vie des prêts hypothécaires résidentiels conventionnels, à ratio élevé et LDCVD.
  • Solides compétences analytiques et souci du détail.
  • Excellentes aptitudes pour les relations interpersonnelles et l’organisation, et capacité d’établir des priorités dans une culture d’équipe à risque élevé et dynamique.
