This role is ideal for someone with wind, blade repair, or industrial field services experience, but we are also open to strong candidates with transferable skills who bring leadership potential, operational thinking, and a willingness to learn. You will oversee blade inspection standards, defect analysis, and composite repair quality (Category 1–5), ensuring projects are delivered safely and consistently. The role includes up to 50% travel during the operating season and requires strong communication, coordination, and teamwork.
