The Operations Manager ensures all local business streams and targets are met, maintains strong fiscal accountability and excellent net revenues in the context of sound human resource management practices. About the Operations Manager Role Manage, coach, direct, and motivate staff to achieve targets to ensure that budgeted revenues are achieved and to promote a sense of teamwork and cooperation among employees Hire, evaluate, promote, and terminate staff in consultation with the Area Manager and the Human Resources Department Responsible for accurate inventory management and reporting.
