Directing visitors to the proper department or individual, announcing visitors to staff by providing prudent information (name, address, nature of visit, appointment/walk-in), monitoring conference rooms, coordinating courier bag pick up, and issuing and monitoring key fobs when assigned to guests, and more. Accept package delivery and advise recipient when delivered packages are received at reception area. Performs various administrative/managerial tasks in support of facility's mission. Follows and enforces all community safety and security policies, programs, procedures and rules, and regulations. Other duties as assigned.
