Description du poste L’alternance se déroule au sein de la DT (Direction Technique) NUC (nucléaire) de la BU (Business Unit) C2D d’ASSYSTEM. L'assistant(e) à la direction technique nucléaire du Métier Génie Civil a pour mission principale de soutenir les activités en cours, en faisant preuve de flexibilité et de réactivité pour assurer la gestion efficace des tâches déléguées par le Directeur Technique. Missions Principales Mettre en place et Gérer un tableau de bord pour la Direction Technique : Sélectionner l’outil le plus adapté en fonction des besoins et des contraintes. Concevoir une structure claire et intuitive pour le tableau de bord. Assurer la collecte, l’analyse et la mise à jour régulière des données et des KPI. Automatiser l’intégration des données lorsque possible pour optimiser l’efficacité. Identifier et proposer de nouveaux indicateurs pertinents pour affiner le suivi des performances. Veiller à l’amélioration continue de l’outil en fonction des retours et des évolutions des besoins. Support au suivi de la veille réglementaire et normative pour le Génie Civil : Support aux équipes pour assurer une veille active sur l’évolution des arrêtés, décrets et normes applicables au domaine nucléaire, en collaboration avec le responsable de la veille. Support au suivi et mise en œuvre des projets R&D : Supporter la Direction Technique GC sur l’identification et recenser les projets de recherche et développement ainsi que leurs besoins spécifiques. Soutenir la DT GC en ce qui concerne le suivi de l’avancement des projets en collaboration avec les équipes. Organisation et maintenance du serveur de fichiers : Organiser et structurer le serveur partagé TEAMS de manière optimale pour garantir une gestion fluide et efficace. Améliorer le partage et l’accès aux documents et ressources entre les équipes, en favorisant la collaboration et la transparence. Interaction avec les équipes GC: Communiquer régulièrement des informations clés et des consignes opérationnelles de manière claire et concise. Encourager une communication fluide, transparente et coordonnée entre les membres et départements pour renforcer la collaboration. Rédaction de documents Participer à la formalisation des procédures. Avec le Directeur Technique GC, assurer la conformité des documents avec les normes et standards en vigueur. Rédaction des comptes rendus de réunion Prendre des notes détaillées et pertinentes lors des réunions pour en capturer l'essentiel et rédiger des comptes rendus et transmettre aux parties après relecture par le DT GC. Mobilisation et coordination des collaborateurs Avec le Directeur Technique GC, planifier et animer des réunions et ateliers pour mobiliser les équipes et les aligner sur les objectifs communs. Relancer et soutenir les équipes sur les sujets prioritaires, en assurant un suivi régulier. Promouvoir une collaboration proactive et une dynamique de groupe pour garantir l'atteinte des résultats escomptés.
