Identification des causes de retard de livraison imputables au titulaire ou au fournisseur. Traitement et suivi des réclamations (claims). Mise à jour et suivi des claims pour anticiper et régler les potentiels retards. Analyse approfondie des claims pour évaluer leur impact et proposer des solutions. 🔹Prévention des claims et optimisation contractuelle Mise en place d’actions préventives en phase amont pour limiter les réclamations. Surveillance et mise à jour des claims en fonction de l’évolution du projet. Élaboration de stratégies de résolution des différends contractuels. 🔹Pilotage des marchés contractuels Gestion et suivi des contrats sur les marchés des travaux, études, approvisionnement, montage et gestion de contrat. Suivi des marchés de maîtrise d’œuvre et de travaux, de la conception aux essais.
