Wat je gaat doen als werkvoorbereider betonbouw Zorgen voor een goede basis met werk- en keuringsplannen en planningen, zodat de realisatie van een project soepel verloopt. Daarbij intern afstemmen met onder meer collega-werkvoorbereiders, de projectleider, omgevingsmanagers, ecologen en de duurzaamheidscoördinator. En extern met partners als de opdrachtgever, onderaannemers en vergunningverleners. Organiseren dat partijen waarbij we diensten of materialen inkopen tijdig de juiste stukken krijgen over de scope en randvoorwaarden voor tijd, kwaliteit en veiligheid. De kosten bewaken tijdens de uitvoering en in overleg met de projectleider extra budgetten reserveren voor meer- en minderwerk. Zorgen voor tussentijdse rapportages en het opleverdossier. Jouw team Je bent onderdeel van het realisatieteam van een vaak meerjarig project. Tussendoor switchen naar een andere klus is mogelijk. Binnen het project vorm je een team met collega-werkvoorbereiders voor wegenbouw. We combineren serieus werken met af en toe een geintje. Minimaal 3 jaar ervaring bij een (middel)grote aannemer in een rol als werkvoorbereider of projectengineer, projectcoördinator of (hoofd)uitvoerder. Goede communicatieve vaardigheden, een proactieve houding en het vermogen om samen met de juiste mensen voor elk vraagstuk een oplossing te vinden.
