Description du poste Votre future équipe Sous la responsabilité de Christophe, notre Responsable d'activités, vous rejoignez notre équipe Assystem. Dans le cadre du développement de nos activités, nous cherchons un(e) Ingénieur(e) en Gestion de Projet / Responsable de lot pour intervenir sur un Projet de construction d’un réacteur expérimental. Vous aurez en charge le suivi de lots génie civil pour le réacteur Jules Horowitz au sein de l’équipe Projet. Vos missions au service de la transition énergétique 🔹 Le pilotage des dossiers de consultation des entretiens et documents afférents ; 🔹 Le suivi des appels d’offre et les différentes étapes de consultation (visites, échanges, analyse des offres…) ; 🔹 Le pilotage du marché, par l’organisation et la conduite des réunions de suivi du marché (enclenchement, mensuelles, contractuelles…) ; · 🔹 L’élaboration et le suivi des outils de suivi des Marchés et des livrables (ex : Suivi des Fiches d’Acceptation de Document…) ; 🔹 Analyse des documents de management et de gestion courante transmis par les entreprises ; 🔹 Le pilotage des missions d’Exécution, en s’appuyant sur le bureau d’ingénierie du projet ainsi que les phases de réalisation (approvisionnements, travaux en usine, montage site, recettes…); 🔹 La gestion contractuelle (Fiche de Modification, Fiche de Non-conformité, réclamations…) ainsi que la gestion des risques techniques ; 🔹 Le suivi financier du marché (PV de réception, Situation d’Actualisation de Travaux…) 🔹 Le reporting vers la direction du projet.
