Vos missions : Participer à la définition des processus de planification du pool planif Aider à la définition des attentes client en termes de planification Aider à la mise en place d'une base de données des projets à planifier pour faciliter la répartition de la charge entre les différents planificateurs du pool Élaborer une trame de planning standard pour chaque niveau de planning Mettre en place un tableau de bord centralisé pour suivre tous les projets depuis le pool Aider à la configuration des outils collaboratifs utilisés sur le pool Aider à la mise en place de routines pour l'animation du pool Créer un tableau de suivi des actions pour le pool Mettre en place des KPI pour le pool Rédiger un guide de fonctionnement du pool pour les nouveaux arrivants Recueillir le REX Proposer des pistes d'amélioration Qualifications De formation Bac+5, Ingénieur, avec idéalement un spécialisation en management de projet vous cherchez un stage pour votre dernière année d’études.
