This role supports initiatives that span all IIS teams and contributes to projects that build strategy, innovation, and execution across the organization. As a Client Success Coordinator for IIS, you will support advisory and innovation‑focused projects through strong project coordination, research, crafting surveys and analyzing them, and development of high‑quality client-facing materials (for example: PowerPoint presentations, infographics, capabilities sell-sheets). You will work closely with colleagues based in the U.S., partnering with team members to turn data, insights, and ideas into clear, well‑structured deliverables internally for our colleagues, and externally for our clients.
