Assist in creating and updating support documentation, knowledge base articles, and FAQs to facilitate customer self-service. Proactively identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction, recommend process enhancements, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, industry trends, and technological advancements to provide accurate and timely information to customers. Adhere to service level agreements (SLAs) and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to meet or exceed customer service targets. Requirements Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; Previous experience in technical support or customer service role, preferably in a technology-focused environment. Candidates must have a high school diploma, be a graduate of an accredited LPN program, and hold a current LPN license in Florida. A minimum of one year of experience in a primary care setting is preferred.
