Kāhala Nui, considered Hawaiʻi’s premier senior living community, is seeking dedicated Full-Time and Part-Time Resident Care Assistant (RCA) to join our team.   POSITIONS SUMMARY: Assist residents with their ADLs to ensure that they are receiving person-centered care and service in the Assisted Living (AL) and Memory Support (MS) areas. May be assigned to work on the Nursing Unit if certified as a CNA.   Note: This position does NOT require a Hawaii CNA license and does NOT provide relocation assistance.   SCHEDULE REQUIREMENTS: * Available shifts: DAY (6:00AM - 2:30PM); EVENING (2:00PM - 10:30PM) * Must be available Sunday through Saturday, including weekends and holidays.  * Shift differential pay available for evening shift.   QUALIFICATIONS: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills, and abilities required.  Reasonable accommodation may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
