Maintain strong knowledge of payroll processes, systems, and country-specific regulations. Support testing, system maintenance activities, and resolution of payroll or system issues. Liaise with third parties and internal stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate service delivery. Complete controls, documentation, and process updates accurately and on time. Contribute to root cause analysis, continuous improvement initiatives, and knowledge-sharing activities. Escalate service risks, issues, or scope deviations to the Service Manager when required. Handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately and comply with security and company policies.
