Sheen Falls Lodge, a luxury five-star Relais and Châteaux property with two Michelin Keys, nestled on the beautiful Kenmare Bay in County Kerry is inviting applications from experienced Sales & Marketing talent to join our Executive Team as Director of Sales & Marketing.
The role requires an experienced, proactive and results-focussed professional currently working in the luxury five-star hospitality market. If your experience meets the criteria we are looking to speak to you with view to you joining our executive team as Director of Sales & Marketing.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Knowledge and experience in a similar sales and marketing role such as Director, Assistant Director, or Manager within a luxury five-star hotel or resort.
• Experience and knowledge in luxury sales & marketing market practices, including the luxury leisure US and UK markets.
• Able to demonstrate comprehensive knowledge and experience in revenue management and sales & marketing management.
• Excellent communication, presentation and administrative skills.
• Demonstrates ability to direct, lead, develop and motivate a sales & marketing team.
• Be proactive and flexible as required to travel to the marketplace and entertain potential clients and FAM trips.
• Strong organisational and project management skills and the ability to prioritise and work to deadlines.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Valid driving licence.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Degree in Hospitality Management, Business, Sales, Revenue, Marketing, or equivalent.

Sheen Falls Lodge is a member of Relais & Chateaux and since opening in 1991 has received many prestigious Awards and Accolades. We are looking for an individual that will help us not only maintain our standard but improve upon it.

The Director of Sales & Marketing will be responsible for leading the sales, marketing, and revenue strategy and objectives of the hotel at both international and domestic levels. This includes overseeing the day-to-day operations of the sales, marketing, revenue management, events and the hotel brand strategy to ensure alignment with business goals.
