This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a mission-driven environment and values the opportunity to make a meaningful contribution to the lives of adolescents in treatment. While not a direct care role, the Cook is part of the broader team and interacts respectfully and appropriately with youth, maintaining awareness of the program’s structure and philosophy.
