THE OPPORTUNITY

Teva’s Global Open Innovation Unit is seeking a Director, Innovation Business Partner to serve as the primary orchestrator of our internal innovation processes. This role will focus on enabling and guiding business units (BUs) in shaping their innovation agendas, defining and sharpening business challenges, and ensuring seamless execution of the internal innovation lifecycle—from challenge framing, through solution assessment, pilot design and implementation, and ultimately integration of successful solutions into business operations.
The successful candidate will bring strong analytical skills, proven project management experience, and a deep understanding of corporate processes and functions. Acting as a trusted advisor and facilitator, this role will ensure that innovation efforts are strategically aligned, operationally sound, and organizationally enabled.
This role offers a unique opportunity to shape the internal foundations of Teva’s open innovation strategy, working closely with senior leaders and BU champions to turn innovation opportunities into measurable business impact. You will be instrumental in ensuring that innovation projects don’t stop at pilots, but are successfully scaled and integrated into the business, driving long-term value for Teva.

YOUR EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Life Sciences, Engineering, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 6–10 years of experience in corporate innovation, strategy, consulting, or project management roles.
• Proven experience working across functions in complex, global organizations; pharma or regulated industries an advantage.
• Track record of driving cross-functional initiatives from conception to integration into business operations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to synthesize insights and guide decision-making.
• Exceptional project and stakeholder management skills, able to align diverse stakeholders toward common goals.
• Strong understanding of corporate functions (legal, IP, compliance, procurement, finance) and their role in enabling innovation.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and influence skills at multiple organizational levels.
• Strategic thinker with operational rigor and the ability to balance creativity with process discipline.
• Comfortable operating in a global, matrixed environment with multiple priorities
• Travel required - 25%
