Multi-Modality Tech - Mercy Health West Hospital Full Time Nights Sign On Bonus up to $20,000 Job Summary: The primary responsibility of a Multi-Modality Technologist is to perform and produce images for any combination of 2 procedures with related techniques, such as CT, XR, or MRI. Essential Functions: Performs duties for any 2 imaging modalities, such as XR, CT, MRI, ARRT or RDMS. Safely operate equipment and accessories to minimize risk of patient and equipment. Selecting appropriate imaging and sequences in alignment with multiple factors. Knowledge in workflows, procedures, and processes of the imaging modalities. Perform venipuncture including starting, maintaining, and removing intravenous access. Provides radiation protection and other protection specific to the modalities. Obtain and verify the patient clinical history and lab work. Use of POC device for Lab work.
